Bike Park fundamentals -elementary course
Elementary courses for the 2024 season on Tuesdays:
June 25th, 6-8 PM
July 9th, 6-8 PM
July 23rd, 6-8 PM
August 6th, 6-8 PM
August 20th, 6-8 PM
September 3rd, 6-8 PM
September 17th, 6-8 PM
THE COURSE IS FREE!
This course is well-suited for beginners. Prior experience in riding in the bike park is not required. The course is held outside the center's regular opening hours when there are no other customers present. The instructor for the course is an officially certified Bike Park instructor trained by FMBIA.
Max. 12 participants.
For participation, you will need:
- A mountain bike suitable for downhill riding (no foot brakes)
- A full-face helmet and knee pads. It's also recommended to use chest/back protection, elbow pads, and gloves.
Course content:
- Safe practices in the Bike Park and the Bike Park rules
- Bike adjustments and checking the bike before riding
- Correct riding position, brake usage, and basics of cornering
- Using the lift
- Introduction to the green trails of the center and practicing riding them together.
Participants of the course are not insured by the organizer, so please ensure you have the insurance coverage you need.
The course does not include a bike or equipment. You can rent equipment and/or a bike from the center's rental shop. Children's bikes are not currently available. NOTE! There is a limited availability of equipment and bikes, so please reserve your equipment well in advance before the course.

Bike Park fundamentals -basic course
Basic courses for the 2024 season:

Price: €50 / person, including lift ticket.
The course is intended for those who have already ridden in the Bike Park, mastered the content of the elementary course, and want to take their riding to the next level. The instructor for the course is an officially certified Bike Park instructor trained by FMBIA. Max. 8 participants.

Course content:
- Choosing the line to ride
- The importance of braking in different situations
- Technique for riding small drops and jumps
- Practicing cornering
- Introduction to the blue trails of the center and practicing riding them together.

Private lesson
Is your bike not going where it should? No worries, now you can book a private lesson for yourself or your friends. Max. 4 people.
Price:
€50 / hour / person, inc. lift ticket
OR
200€ / 2 hours / 4 person, inc. lift ticket.
Do drops make you nervous, or do you need more confidence in jumps, or does your riding technique need refining? Let's take your riding to the next level together. The private lesson will be led by an FMBIA-certified official Bike Park instructor.
For participation, you will need:
- A mountain bike suitable for downhill riding (no foot brakes)
- A full-face helmet and knee pads. It's also recommended to use chest/back protection, elbow pads, and gloves.
The content of the private lesson is tailored to your preferences.
Participants of the private lesson are not insured by the organizer, so please ensure you have the insurance coverage you need.
Private lesson does not include a bike or equipment. You can rent equipment and/or a bike from the center's rental shop.. NOTE! There is a limited availability of equipment and bikes, so please reserve your equipment well in advance before the course.
Private lessons are generally held within the center's regular opening hours, but can also be arranged outside of these hours by agreement.
